If you encounter any issues concerning the activation of a sonible plug-in please check two things:
- Do you have a working internet connection on your system? Note that you need to be connected to the internet during the registration process in order for your device to communicate with our license server.
- Did you install the iLok License Manager? Our plugins rely on it to ensure the integrity of the product for the best user experience. You can download it here for free: https://www.ilok.com/#!license-manager
Note that you don't need an iLok account or iLok USB for it to work.
