We generally offer two activations per plug-in. You can either use both of them on two different computers (machine-based) or you can transfer one activation to an iLok dongle or the iLok Cloud and use the other one on a computer. (Note: 1st gen iLok dongles are not supported and some older plug-ins don't support iLok Cloud)
It is possible that a hardware change or a system update causes our license system to detect a new ID. In this case, please visit our website, log into your sonible user account and revoke the activation claimed by the old ID in order to free up an activation.
