If you encounter any issues concerning the machine based activation of a sonible plug-in please check whether you have a stable internet connection and your system (e.g. firewall) doesn't block any connections of your DAW.
Note that you need to be connected to the internet during the registration process in order for your device to communicate with our license server.
Also make sure you have the latest version of the plug-in installed. Especially if you are experiencing problems after a Windows/MacOS update.
