The plug-in has problems accessing the user folder on your system which is probably caused by non-latin characters in your username.
Good news though: There is a workaround!
Let us know that you got an Error10 notification by sending an email to support@sonible.com.
Keep the plug-in in trial mode and we will increase the trial time to unlimited until we have a solution for this. You should be able to work with it without any problems. Please note that you need to stay connected to the internet when you're using the extended demo version of the plug-in.
